About Brian T. Rosenow

Brian is an attorney with substantial experience in a solo firm setting where there is a high premium on providing personal service at competitive rates. His focus is primarily on real estate development law including contracts, real estate closings and real estate finance. Mr. Rosenow has a strong belief in untangling problems without resort to litigation. Practice ethos: Cool heads, perspective, creative and preemptive contract drafting, and attention to detail will eliminate most problems. If you want a mercinarial, irascible and ridiculous "bull dog" litigator, look somewhere else.

Brian received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University, taking his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business in 1996. He received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1999. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois,the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and Texas. Brian has substantial experience in representing businesses and individuals in transactions and various small business matters.

Brian is also an Illinois licensed Realtor® and is the owner/broker of American Realty ^® which he runs with his wife, Alison. Brian and Alison live with their three sons, Thomas, Joseph, and William, and their Newfoundland dog, Maggie, in Sycamore, Illinois.
